I really don't know how to adequately rate this. It was my first time reading the book but the film has been one of my all-time favorites for years. I don't know if it's possible (or if I should even try) to extricate my feelings for the film from my experience reading the book. Reading this was new but it felt extremely familiar. My faves were all there even though this is technically their inception. I already want to read this again, it just made me feel warm and happy and it only affirmed my feelings that this is one of my favorite stories.
