I dnf’d this at 32%. I couldn’t connect to the main character. she felt immature and totally incapable of running a b&b. It felt like the author was trying too hard to make her quirky and relatable when instead she was just unlikable and as a fellow millennial, she was exactly the stereotype. It felt clumsy and awkward to read any of the dialogue bc all the characters felt like caricatures. Thank you to Netgalley and Crooked Lane Books for the arc.
