Happy Singles Day by Ann Marie Walker
Did not finish book.
I received an eARC of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
DNF @ 25%. Even as someone who watches a lot of Hallmark Christmas movies, I couldn't get through this--it relies heavily on stereotypes of plus-size women, misogynistic men, and homosexuality (if I had to be reminded ONE MORE TIME that Paige's assistant is gay...). It's marketed as an "opposites attract" romance, but Lucas is so cruel and Paige is so hyper-organized (and that seems to be her only trait?) that I had zero interest in either of them.
