Godkiller by Hannah Kaner

5.0

Oh my god! Look I normally hate and I mean hate starting unfinished series… not to mention usually I can’t handle a first book… but this book… this book was ultimate perfection. I honestly cannot think of a single thing that I didn’t absolutely love about this book. I mean it started off super strong and engaging and it really just kept going. Kissen might honestly be my new favorite female main character. I loved the dynamic the author created of a godkiller, a god, a little girl and a used to be knight all going on this quest together.
Each of them adds a remarkable element to the story and the layers and hidden depths unfold so beautifully. The story is really hard to put down and I have to say the last like 5 chapters really blew me away. I feel like the book creates the perfect level of world-building with the storyline progression. The story moves so fast and something is always happening. I honestly didn’t see the end coming and all it’s done is make me want even more.
Basically what I’m saying is this book is absolute perfection. I mean the concepts are amazing, the characters are diverse and well developed. The storyline doesn’t lag. It has shock and intrigue. Secrets and mysteries still to uncover. I really want to tell you one thing I didn’t like I swear I do…. So go read it now!
