As Ali Hazelwood’s YA debut, I was nervous that I wouldn’t love the characters as much as her other books focused on older adults. I am pleased to say I was a moron to be nervous and I should just always trust the Queen of STEM romance. This absolute slow burn deliciousness of a book had me cricketing my feet in bed at 3am and devouring this book whole in one night. Obsessed is an understatement. Now I’m anxiously awaiting her next book, Bride, and everything she writes afterward.
