My God, this was really dark. I'm impressed.
The twists were numerous & expectedly-unexpected, if that makes sense? It's like, I know they're coming, but hot-damn if it it isn't so out of left field...
Alice Feeney's last 4 have been really great, 5-star reads. I highly recommend you check her books out, especially if you're NOT into mystery/thrillers with lots of twists & turns because they'll make you an Alice Feeney fan, regardless.
