Bonds of Justice is the 8th book in Nalini Singh's Psy/Changeling series. Max the New York cop and Sophie, a J class Psy end up meeting while working on a case dealing with a serial killer named Booner. I liked the beginning of the story and the end of the story but everything after
Booner breaks out of custody is a hot mess.
It was just messy for me.
