Lots of eye rolling and serious disappointment. Now, I didn't think the first book was amazing, but it had some good qualities and a very interesting premise that raised a lot of internal dialogue with me as a reader. That being said I truly don't think it was necessary to have a sequel to Uninvited. Yes, it had a bit of a cliffhanger, but it left off in a way where you could let your imagination wander. I reached a point in the book where I was reading just for the sake of getting to the end. There are a number of other things I would like to say, but I don't feel like being rude.
I recommend this only for those that were really attached to Davy and want to see where the author takes her. Don't read this if you're attached to any of the other original characters...
