I would've rated it a solid 5 if it wasn't for a few parts I didn't like, excluding the flashbacks because, dude, I really hate flashbacks. But my main issue would be that some things fell flat? Or felt off? But for the most part it was great so I'm not complaining. This was such a cute read! And I appreaciated the epilogue very much, might've let out a few tears, sue me (don't actually). And I just love the very casual "I'm gay" character, even if we only saw him for 5 seconds. For an adult romance book, this was a really refereshing read but I've only read a handful of adult romance book so I'm not really the best judge. The characters were all loveable and fleshed out. I fell in love with Connor the most and so imagine my joy when I found out he was the main character for the second part of this series.
