Couldn’t put it down, literally finished it in one sitting. What’s truly amazing about this book is the fact that it focuses on Bella and Dannie’s relationship. So often we push women aside in the pursuit of a romantic trope, and for a lot of the book I was waiting on the focus to shift to her and Aaron, but it never truly did. I didn’t realize until the end that I actually was glad that it didn’t. There is nothing more powerful or magical than a bond between two women, and this story is an amazing example of that. Loved every second of it. A book that had me feeling so emotional, so attached, and that’s how I truly know that it was good.
