OMG OMG OMG

I was so not ready for this book to completely change my fantasy outlook holy wow

alex stern is not just the most unlikely person to end up at yale, but after surviving a mass unsolved homicide last year, there’s not much she can’t do. when she arrives at the university, she discovers the reason why she was brought into the fold of yale’s top secret magical societies and what may happen to her next.

this was such a wild ride!!! and I had the best time!!! I admit, it started off pretty slow for me as I STRUGGLED to remember all of the house names and members - they really just throw you into this universe y’all.

but then, I hit chapter 10 and I started to vibe with the action more, and then I hit chapter 18 and IT DIDNT STOP FROM THERE PEOPLE!!!

everything I thought I knew got thrown out the window, omg! what an ending and what a cliffhanger! I cannot wait for the next in the series!

this was my first leigh story but it certainly won’t be my last - I absolutely adored her writing!
