Overview
Ulysses is a great hulking beast of a book that trips up even the best of readers. A resource I found (UlyssesGuide.com) suggested being familiar with The Odyssey, Hamlet, and Joyce's A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man to get the most out of Ulysses, so I'm going to read all 3 works before tackling the beast itself.
