Overview
For a few months I still managed to read despite the depression, but, a few months ago, I became unable to finish a book. I have already DNF’d 2 books because I believed the problem was the books instead of my depression. So, to try to motivate myself to read again I created this challenge.
If you also have been having a hard time reading for health (mental and/or physical), or any other reason, really, feel free to participate! And if you do participate I hope it’ll help! ☺️
The number of prompts is low because having low goals makes it easier to achieve them, which makes it easier to achieve some dopamine.
(P.S.: Sorry for the weird numbering, StoryGraph doesn’t accept decimals, and giving them numbers higher than the number of prompts felt wrong.)
(Edit: I removed the end date, to take off the pressure I didn’t realise existed until a few days ago. I hope the removal of the end date helps you do this challenge more comfortably.)
