You may be as crazy as me if you are looking at diving into this challenge. But if you love Dungeons & Dragons and want to know the story of the Forgotten Realms as we know it, this is the challenge for you. Books in this challenge are laid out in order of where they happen in the timeline of the Forgotten Realms. You'll notice that this will mess up the order of some books in a series (ie. the Lost Empires series starts with book 3 here). I'm sure you'd be fine to read them in series order, that's what I plan to do.
