Overview
This year, I am hoping to prioritize my backlist and books already on my shelves. If you're like me and have hundreds of books on your to-read list, join me in this challenge to help decide which book you should pick up next!
A few guidelines:

- Try to stick to books that are owned or borrowed rather than purchasing new ones
- Books must be published in or before 2021 (no 2022 releases)
- Prioritize books written by authors with historically, systemically marginalized identities (e.g. BIPOC; LGBTQIA+; female, nonbinary or trans gender identities; non-Christian; etc.)
- Make this more of a challenge by avoiding double-counting books (one checklist item per book, even if it fits multiple categories)
- Only count books you’ve read in 2022
