50 prompts to inspire you to read more diverse representations in picture books. All prompts are for "a picture book that features..."
- All are assuming that the prompt feature is not stereotypical (i.e. not a stereotypical, caricature of an Indigenous person)
- This is especially challenging with only-human characters (except the explicit animal prompts)
- Bonus if it is #ownvoices, everyday diversity (i.e. not tokenizing, just part of the story), and actually a good picture book that kids would enjoy!
