Branching out to hear voices beyond my white-cis-Christian life experience.  Read just one diverse author a month or aim for further diversity by reading from the 12 more specific bonus categories.  Some authors may qualify for more than category (e.g. an Indigenous LGBTQIA+ author). Ideally these are 1st time reads, but you can make it what it is.
