Conscious leadership begins with personal transformation. You need to understand the "why?" of what you are doing in order to have a clear purpose, which help drive you and your team forward. Profits and purpose aren't mutually exclusive, you can do good in the world while maximizing profits. Also, it doesn't have to be a win-lose transaction when working in business. It can be a win-win situation by finding mutual benefits. Purpose is a life long practice that you continuely need to assess. Conscious leaders always have integrity, they live what they say they will do. Honesty, authenticity, honor, and trustworthiness are critical for integrity. Business need to invest in long term value creation instead of short term profits. Creating a conscious work culture requires creating a thriving environment that empowers people to grow their careers. This requires creating an environment of safety and trust.
