review is for boxset audio

If you haven’t read Kandi’s PSU series yet then you are in for a real treat. This series is told like no other. It is a perfect combination of the drama and relationships of Gossip Girl and the fun greek life of Greek. Each book is written like chapters with multiple POVS throughout. There are many storylines told at once and all they all are connected in the same friend group. I thought I would get confused with names and what everyone's stories are but it was so easy to follow along and get invested in the characters' storylines. I love the variety of topics that Kandi tackles within these books. Nothing is off limits and some of it is fun and light and some of it is heavy and emotional.

The audio for this boxset is SO GOOD! I mean what a steal to get 3 books for 1 price but also that narration cast is PHENOMENAL. I have a hard time distinguishing voices sometimes but I had no trouble. Especially for whoever is the narrator for Bear, his voice really stands out. But each narrator was able to bring their character to life. I am glad that they each had their own voice.

Very few series make me have slightly insane urges to get the author really intoxicated and beg to know the final outcome for all of the characters but....I have crazy, mad, obsessive, insane love for the Palm South University Series. I absolutely adore every bit of it! I love the characters: their crazy escapades, their relationships with one another, their happiness and their pain, their successes and their struggles. I am way more invested in Palm South University than any person should be immersed in a fictional world. I care deeply about what happens to Erin, Jess, Ashlei, Skyler, Bear, Cassie and Adam.

The season and episode format is not only fresh, unique and enjoyable, but so illustrative of the series. I'm thrilled that Season 3 was released all at once. It's like binge watching your favorite show and craving more as soon as you've finished the Season Finale. Kandi Steiner, I'm ready for more - NOW! I desperately want this series to come to life on my small screen (TV or computer.) Passionflix, do you hear me?!?! Until then, I'll anxiously wait for more of the sweetness to arrive on my Kindle!

Palm South University Season 3 is my idea of a perfect summer read. It's sexy, fun, emotional and an absolute page-turner. It's characters that you love and care about and they'll keep you coming back season after season. PSU is a must for New Adult romance lovers. And, if you lived and loved Greek life, parts of this book will transport you back to the days of formals and communal living. It is everything and I am already aching for more. I'll spend the next few months wondering what the gang is up to and anxiously awaiting their next semester's adventures!Bring on PSU Season 4!

I really enjoy this series. For some reason I read the books so fast. Short chapters. Romance. Drama. It’s like the TV show Greek except more diverse. It gives me a breather in between books with lots of detail.

I'm slowly becoming obsessed with this series. These characters are living my mind completely rent free when I'm not reading. I'm loving all the drama. :)

This gets better and better! Now I’m totally invested into the lives of these young adults, and know their strengths and weaknesses. One thing I do notice about all of them is that their Greek society is so important to the detriment of their scholarly progress. I don’t see a lot of dedication to study but there is indeed a lot to party and booze!

This was one angsty installment! Adam was involved in a love triangle in the previous book (Skyler-Adam-Cassie), now he’s involved in another triangle (Adam-Cassie-Grayson). Bear continues with the tribulations about his little brother, Skyler continues to agonize about her choice of career apart from poker, and the rest are also involved in their own dramas.

There are problems with Bear’s fraternity due to excess partying and noise, Erin continues in a downward spiral after the tragic events of last book, and Jess comes over as a needy, manipulative girlfriend. Of the cast, I’d say the winners in angst in this installment are Jess and Bear, not that the others have lots of issues to deal with.

Ashlei is starting something with her boss at the Okay, Cool company. He’s hot, she’s smitten and it’s a wonderful story!

As I get more invested, I love the characters more and start to rage, laugh and cry with them as they go through their lives. Easter Week in Key West turns out to be much wilder than I ever imagined, something to watch and not participate in. The girls get so much closer together, and their shenanigans during Spring break are epic.

Even though I was never interested in the Greek way of life in University, I have to say that I loved the camaraderie and support that develops between the brothers and the sisters in Greek row.

This series keeps getting better and better! It’s hugely entertaining and riveting!

YESSSS!!! PSU!! I have been dying for more from this series and I was definitely not disappointed. I missed these characters so much! As soon as I got this book, I dove right in, no hesitation and I did not take a breath until I finished reading. I was completely absorbed in these stories. It is a world that is all encompassing and distracting.

I loved getting to see how the characters have grown and changed and how there is comfort in some of the things that haven't. I loved getting to see even more personality from the characters, and learning more about them each time. Season 3 definitely has it's share of drama, angst and tons of emotion. It is also swoonworthy, sweet and so much fun.

PSU is definitely a guilty pleasure that I will never tire of reading and I am already ready for another season. This is definitely a top series of mine and Kandi always writes amazing stories, no matter the type of story.

3.5 stars
Oh dear, I never expect those characters to grow on me this strongly. I'm slowly falling for each and every one of them. It's like I found a new TV series to watch: you see all those train wrecks coming but you just can't look away. Even though I enjoy 'watching' the show, I'm still not sure if I can make up my mind regarding this reading concept. Therefore still 3.5 beautiful and intriguing stars!
