I found this book at the Long Beach library and when I saw that it was by the author of soul eater I thought I'd give it a try. I have to say... the plot is simply bizarre but I'm willing to stick with it for the moment. I like the fact that Shinra smiles when he's nervous, it adds a funny twist and I love the characters reactions lololololol. The story hasn't developed enough for me to give it a final verdict and I have the second volume so more reading to go folks.....

Es un excelente primer volumen.
Nos entrega de forma simple la motivación y misterio que rodea al protagonista y partes esenciales de la compañía de bomberos.
Si siento que para la segunda mitad hubo un dump de personajes y conexiones que hicieron más compleja la lectura y creo que distraen de la trama principal.

Meh. Like the anime, it is pretty average. And unfortunately, the anime copied the worst sexist moments from the manga. I'll probably read through it, because why not, but it is definitely mediocre shonen content.
