I absolutely LOVE the hockey world that Rachel Reid has created, and although Ilya and Shane will forever and always be my favorite couple, I love reading about everyone else too! (Although I'm desperately waiting for the direct sequel to Heated Rivalry that she has promised us!)
I love age gap and bisexuality discovery - seriously those are two of my top favorite things in mm romance these days, so I really enjoyed this! This one was a bit slower pace, still fun, and with some great cameos too. Another great entry into the series.
Fans of hockey romance, I recommend this ENTIRE series - and I really, really, really wish Carina would put these out in paperback or print on demand so we can have some physical copies!

Not my favorite of the series, but I did enjoy it! I think I might have liked it better if I read it instead of listen to it.
This author is like Annabeth Albert - where both characters are good people who deserve love and you can't help but root for their happiness! That's the kind of romance I like to read.
Current ranking in this series:
1. Heated Rivalry
2. Role Model
3. Common Goal
4. Tough Guy
Currently reading Game Changer
Waiting for The Long Game at the library

You know what, I LOVED this book!!!
This was friends-with-benefits and INSANE mutual pining!! I don’t know how the author pulled it off without it being annoying but both characters had valid reasons not to confess their feelings and it made it frustrating but so understandable. And there was something about their reasons not to confess their feelings that was so incredibly heartbreaking and it made me soo emotional.
Kyle and Eric had impeccable chemistry and the fucking spicy scenes!!! Omg soo good and kinky and I was here for it!!
I honestly recommended this to anyone, and you don’t even need to read the previous books in the series. You will be spoilered for how some of the couples end up but let’s be honest you just need to read the blurb to know who ends up with who.

A bit too spice heavy for me but it was a relatively quick read that I enjoyed! The characters were cute. Overall, pretty neutral on it, didn't absolutely love it but didn't dislike it either!
