Reminiscence is definitely an urban fantasy worth checking out. It’s not the typical vampire-werewolf story. Instead, the author has woven an intricate tale about a cursed soul struggling to put together the pieces of an ancient prophecy in order to finally vanquish the evil that threatens not only himself and the protagonist, Nora, but the entire world. The story is very well-paced with plenty of action as the intelligent, witty, and selfless Nora works to remember the remnants of a past life and play her part in the prophecy. Looking forward to book two!
