The Rook is a fantastic book that I think anyone should read. I loved all the characters and their powers! The basis of the book itself is so creative and I love all of the little details of the Checquy (? spelling is hard). I'm also really sex averse, so this book having basically no mention of that at all was a really refreshing change in a book that was obviously still written for adults.
