This was a short and entertaining memoir by Leslie Jordan.   I will admit I was not familiar with Leslie before this book.  I read the memoir to fill a prompt for a reading challenge.  That being said he appears to be an engaging person.  This review is not about him personally, but rather the book itself.  Overall, the book was well written, but I wouldn't say it was amazing.  If you are looking for a memoir about a prominent gay figure than you may like this book.
