Really interesting & lots to take on board. This will be useful not only at work with management, but also with communicating my students, as I think you can apply a lot of the theories in that respect too.
I’m looking forward to reading the other books I have by this author too….

I found this to be far more insightful than I honestly thought it would be, both in relation to my own behaviours and those of others, some of the descriptions certainly brought various people to mind s well as a few 'that's exactly it!' moments. As well as that, I did find a few of the hints and tips throughout the book intriguing and I'm certainly going to be reading back through and noting those that I think will help (although I will not be dog-earing the pages!). Granted the 4 main personality groups may be a simplification, one that Erikson fully acknowledges and reminds the reader of throughout, but it is certainly a good starting point for understanding yourself and others in different roles, especially if, like me, you haven't read much around the subject.

Jag älskar även denna boken av Thomas Erikson!
Att lyckas förklara något så komplext som ledarskap så enklelt och intressant som han gjorde är mycket imponerade!

This is great for identifying your work style and stressors, and how to work with different people. Which can be great tools in the workplace. This seemed repetitive of the Surrounded by Idiots book, hence the three stars

It started out strong. I thought it was going to be a 4 star reading. Probably because I was new to what the author wanted us to know. But, towards the middle, I really got bored. It was very repetitive and it wasn't interesting enough to keep my attention. Towards the ent, I ended up skipping some pages because I was ready to move on.
