The second book in the series and it was good hearing Holder’s POV, obviously the story is completely repeated but it highlights his understanding of situations and thoughts which I liked. I definitely read this quicker than the first book as I was already familiar with the story, excited to see where it goes next.. Also really loved all his notebook entries to Les.

Such a great book, enjoyed Holder's point of view just as much as Sky's in Losing Hope. This book had some nice features that I think fans of Losing Hope will enjoy and you'll definitely get answers to some questions that you may have had in the previous book. Although I definitely wish there were more main characters so she could write this story from their point of view!! Maybe Karen?!!

Like Hopeless, Dean's story Losing Hope deserves so many more stars then GoodReads will allow me to give. It was amazing. Normally when I read dual POV books I get bored during the second book because it is so much like the first book in this one Colleen Hoover took me on a undeniable, breathtaking, heart wrenching journey that I have not been on in a long time. I felt Holder's pain, his happiness, and his feelings. I felt as though I was there and wanted to hold him and take all the pain away. I loved Sky in this book also and at no point was I ready for the book to end. I loved this story I hope to see more of this pair in the future.

Real Review Now That I've Picked Myself Up Off the Floor and Stopped Crying Like a Big Angry Baby

COLLEEN HOOVER! WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME?!?!

Woman, I was quite happy to live in my LaLaland called Nofeelsever, and you have ruined that...RUINED I SAY!

Losing Hope was, simply put, amazing. It was a sequel that lived up to it's predecessor, stands on it's own and managed to shatter my heart all over again.

Losing Hope is not Hopeless from Holder's point of view; Losing Hope is Holder's story. And what a heart-wrenching story it is.

If you didn't fall in love with Holder the first time around in Hopeless, you sure as hell fell in love with him this time. I swooned, I laughed, I cried; I wanted to put wrap him in a blanket and hold him when his world started falling apart.

Oh, and meeting Holder's best friend, Daniel, was a fucking treat. Daniel and his random nicknames for people where absolutely hilarious and I think if Daniel and Six were ever in a room together, the world would explode from awesomeness.

Losing Hope was one of those books that awakens long buried heartstrings and emotions, and you'll be equally parts pissed and happy about this fact, but mostly you'll just be grateful.

I received Losing Hope as an ARC through Netgalley via Atria Publishing

5 unbelievably beautiful stars.

What can I say?? This book is a masterpiece unto itself. If Hopeless made me cry for Sky, Losing Hope shattered my heart like a battering ram and completely wrecked me.

This book is NOT a retelling of Hopeless from an alternate POV. It is a new story altogether. After This Girl, Colleen Hoover has proven her mettle yet again with this amazingly beautiful and haunting book.... And Holder...... Oh God. Oh God. Oh God. I fell I love. Head over heels in love. My soul ached when i felt everything he had to go through. Every emotion he felt, I felt. When he cried, I sobbed my heart out and when he lived, I did too:)

Colleen Hoover. This woman is absolutely bloody amazing. The way she writes, makes me addicted to the people in there. Hell, it makes me feel like I AM the character.. She manages to transport me from my house into the book and spins stories that are breathtakingly amazing. i can say without a sliver of doubt that books like this are why I started reading in the first place. She is a writer par excellence.

Simply put, Losing Hope is a must read for everyone who has read or wants to read NA. Period. Be rest assured that I am eagerly awaiting the paperback and will buy it as soon as it comes out because I have to have this book. It's that awesome:)

Buy it. Read it. Experience the magic again. You will fall in love

Wow!
