These books are surprisingly good with the amount of plot and world building around each species. I want more epilogue or time when the couple is together. This one was mostly focused on the war instead of them building a relationship and learning about each other.

A generic alien mating agency romance - but I enjoyed it more than most.  I liked that the FMC had a backbone and wasn't just a pushover that would follow the whims of anyone around her.  Will continue to continue with the series.

Am I.... getting out of my reading slump???
