I thoroughly enjoy the story of Coraline. However with this book I wasn’t a fan of the illustrations. But the story was amazing.

It was a fascinating adaptation of the original. In the other world still, everyone there made my skin crawl.

I was slow to get into this because visually it’s so different from the movie, but as I kept reading I enjoyed the story this version tells so much. I began to see Coraline in a new light - one I love almost as much as the original!
Also the kitty was especially cute in this!!!!
