Winry continues to be the best. It's great when she begins to realize her true worth: "I guess I have people who are waiting for me to come back too." But what I love about this series is that every character develops into a full, changing, conflicted character. Even Scar, who has seemed completely unfeeling, is affected by his encounter with Winry: "Do my eyes...look like that too? No matter how far I travel down this road, will hatred only give birth to more hatred?"
