This was really fun to read. I was skeptical about the dual pov between the two best friends bc I always love to hear a man’s pov and be in his head but it worked really well.
The story was messy, dramatic, and frustrating just like real life.
Am I happy Lori stood up to her parents for what she wants for her future? Yes. Am I mad that her and dean don’t technically end up together? Majorly.
Not a five star read for me only because it’s really missing the element of romance and was more of a drama/coming of age story.
