My favourite of Macbird’s Holmes series so far, I just can’t get enough of the chemistry and heartwarming moments between Holmes and Watson, and what a page turner! I can’t recommend this book enough to any Holmesians out there- all I would say is that if you are along for the mystery as much as the characters themselves, refrain from reading the blurb to avoid it dampening the tensions of the plot.
