For a book that started off in a Fast and Furious-esq style, I would say that things took an interesting turn.
Beauregard was an interesting character, and I liked that we saw him at various points in his life so it was easy to understand his motives.
This book, again, highlights identity and father-son relationships.
I have come to enjoy S.A. Cosby’s writing and I think that he has a very interesting mind.
However, the blood and gore in this book may have been a little more than I expected.

Incredible! This reads like a heist movie. The visual language is stellar.

If you are looking for an action packed crime thriller with an MMC who is trying to figure out what type of man he wants to be, this is your book!!! I said it before and I will say it again, S.A. Cosby is an AUTO-BUY author. I hate that I waited this long to read his books but I am so glad that I have finally read them because they are all action packed and thought provoking.
