Where angels fear to tread: This short story seemed more like a setup or precursor to something else. It wasn't really enjoyable

Honestly the only story I enjoyed was the very last one....

But as they were short stories.... I persevered......

Grade: D

A bunch of authors throw extremely minimal efforts at the wall. Nothing sticks.

Like with any type of anthology, there’s both stories I loved, some run-of-the-mill, and some I actually regret reading. Not to say that the writing is bad, the one story that I totally hated was really well written, just not my type of story and somewhat offensive (imo).

I really only get these anthologies for the Butcher stories.

I was disappointed my this book. With all the good authors, I expected it to be better but it wasn't so I stopped wasting my time.

So far, not horrible, sometimes short stories are just that, short, not enough time to develop, but I thoroughly enjoyed the Elvis one!! A few others are ok. Let you know more when I finish! A few stories I didn't care for, but I have decided to start reading The Dresden Files since I liked the short story in this book.

I only read the story by Sherrilyn Kenyon from this book and I must say it was not my fav anthology from her. It was way too short and didn't really give me any info or insight into anything in the Dark Hunter, Were Hunter or Dream Hunter world. Just ok for me.
