Can I tell you how much I love the town of Luview, Maine? I love it more than some of my relatives (hee hee)! Every time I open up a book by Ms. Kent, I get to travel back!
This is the story of Colleen Luview and Moore. They have known each other since childhood. They have hidden their feelings for each other almost too well, to the point where they are both scared to bare their hearts to each other.
Significant things happen that throw Colleen and Moore into a life-changing situation.
My heart ached for the ways that Moore was being pulled in his life, how he had to prioritize his world, even when he didn't feel right about it.
My heart broke for Colleen as she, too, was being pulled and with the "curse" that floated around her.
I was rooting hard for both Colleen and Moore while they navigated their relationship and their situation.
But then comes the humor! Ms. Kent has an amazing way of making the reader laugh, cry and invest themselves in the story.
If you want a phenomenal series to read, do yourself a favor and pick up this story!

I enjoy this series, the town, the family, and all of it. This wasn’t my favorite in the series, but I enjoyed it. Don’t love the female narrator, although she’s not terrible. The male narrator is good.

LOVED Colleen and Moore. I loved seeing their relationship grow and change. They had to deal with several issues in their relationship to be together. Collen and Moore's kid were awesome together. The big blow up was interesting and I liked that the forgiveness was almost instantly because everything was put into perspective when Moore was injured. I would have liked more of an ending then we got but overall, an enjoyable story. One of my biggest grumble was how Luke responded to their relationship. He was a major jerk. Luke needs to be given a good swift kick for his actions. Overall, a good addition to the series. Can't wait for Colleen's brother to get his book.

I really feel like people are sleeping on this series!!
I absolutely loved Colleen and Moore's story. Their reputations really did a number on them and honestly, Luke Luview, Colleen's brother and Moore's best friend really made things worse for them throughout this book. I was so mad at how insensitive and selfish he came across after finding them in a compromising position, ESPECIALLY after what they had just been through. He was not very kind to his sister OR his best friend and perhaps if he hadn't been medling since they were teens, they wouldn't have gone through everything they did.
Anyways...this book made me laugh a lot but it also had me shedding a few tears, but mostly I just fell in love with Moore and Colleen and their intense feelings for each other. Their story could come across as instalove if you didn't pay attention to their history but I enjoyed that they seemed to not only welcome their feelings from the very start, but they embraced them.
I just really love everything about this whole series and I can't wait to see what comes next from in Love You, Maine.

The perfect destination for quirky, heartwarming, irresistible romance. Kent gives the heart a reason to smile. From emotional to unconventional, Love You More is a delightful experience. Colleen and Moore are as endearing as they are frustrating. Somehow they turn less than perfect into unforgettable.

This third book in the Love You, Maine series, comes in with bang and keeps you engaged and captivated until the very end. Moore Mottin has had thing for his best friend's sister but having made a stupid teenage promise to his friend, he knows it can never go further. Colleen Luview has had a crush which blossomed into more with her brother's best friend, but doesn't want to risk ruining their good friendship. So for half their life, they have danced around their attraction; fear making them waste the opportunity to have something great. But when a serious accident puts them in danger and strands them together in a remote cabin, truths come out and the balance of their relationship changes. As both Moore and Colleen seem to have the worst luck EVER, have meddling family and Moore has son who makes his dad promise that he will never make him have a stepmother, life is conspiring to keep them single.
Within this roller coaster ride of a story, I laughed, I cried, and I felt the love for each other and family coming through the pages. This story just enveloped me in a huge hug and gave my emotions a full workout.

What is it about Julia Kent's writing that makes my cynical, wary heart get all mushy?! This town of Luview, Maine and its myriad of uniquely quirky and kooky residents, well, there's no resisting them. I must confess, though, that Colleen Luview and Moore Mottin's story had that bit of something that just made it stand out even more than the other books in the series that came before it. I couldn't help but feel for these main characters and everything they went through before and after they got together. They were two people who deserved their happily-ever-after, and maybe all it took was for them to realize that they were meant to be with the one person who was always there--each other. I laughed, got teary-eyed a couple of times, and most of all, I simply fell in love with Colleen and Moore. While Love You More may be read as a standalone, I highly recommend reading the Love You, Maine series in order. Book three snags five-plus stars.

So good
Oh boy tensions are high right out of the gate with this one. Feuding sisters and entitled influencers really start us off running. Love the story so much.

It’s a cute rom-com. It’s a quick read. But the characters in this book … the FMC is third date Colleen. She receives this nickname from her brothers best friend and also love interest because every time someone goes on a third date with her, they end up in the emergency room. But when she and Moore (said brothers best friend and MMC) have a near death experience they both decide to come clean about their feelings for each other. This gets complicated by her reputation, his reputation as being twice divorced, and the fact that he is trying to convince his 15 year old to come live with him rather than stay with his manipulative and quite frankly evil mother. So what’s the problem? Well, Moore is weak. He continues to be defined by what he thinks others think even at her expense. I get the explanation for that. But really a conversation as an adult with his parents could have solved A LOT of that. Plus you can’t just use the excuse they did to be crap parents. But really it’s how they all treat Colleen. Her brother is a world class jerk who has decided that she is cursed and goes around stomping and yelling about how she can’t date Moore basically because it might be inconvenient for him if they break up. He is incredibly hurtful and gets away with it for the most part. Colleen was supposed to be this strong woman but I kept waiting for her to actually set boundaries with someone - anyone. Yelling at them is not boundary setting. She should have made clear it was not acceptable for her brother and her friend later boyfriend to treat her that way. I did love Moore as a father though even if I don’t agree with all of his choices. I did understand them.
