This might be my favorite this far in the series. The throwing out his back bit is too funny

Ms. Torii's opening chapter was the highlight for me in this volume, especially since it didn't play down her fondness for her late husband. I kind of wish she could have kept the cat! Tatsu's chapter with throwing out his back felt too real--which made it all the more funnier. Get some rest, Tatsu!

Tatsu works at a cat rescue, rides out a typhoon, goes camping, collects neighborhood association dues, dresses up to cheer up a sick child in the hospital, helps make a dress for a dog, makes amazake, goes to haiku club, and strains his back.
