We continue where the last book left of and man does the drama enfold! So many things go on that you may or may not expect as we built up to the final fight. We end where the fights officially begin and I can’t wait to see what happens!

Things really ramped up. I loved seeing Verity manage political intrigue. I loved it even more that all of the princesses - Nymea, Candiria, Gobeth - were so supportive of Verity, and awesome in general. Aziz has been a favorite of mine for a long time, and I cannot wait until Verity finds a way to break the curse on his house. This book continued to be exciting, magical, and hot. 4 stars.

Sex and enough political intrigue for an epic fantasy. Verity has been growing ever stronger but it’s hard to play the game when the rules keep changing. In this book Verity is ordered to Court three weeks earlier than anticipated. She and her court will make new friends and enemies. This fast paced book will leave you reeling.

Amazing

In book 3 of the Sleeping Court series, Verity travels to her rightful kingdom. While awaiting trials to take down Adora, she meets the other Princesses. What will happen to the guards of the Princesses? Will Verity add more?

This series is checking off all kinds of boxes for me. There is intrigue, there are all kinds of paranormal/fantasy creatures (have I told you about the Basilisk? Yeah there is a queen with a consort!) and a whole bunch of "old world" court issues. Princess Verity is continuing her journey to become queen, but not without a whole lot of people out to get her, she's also got a whole bunch of them supporting her. The politics in this part of the story are out of this world (fitting) but are very contemporary in their schemings. Verity is having a hard time seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, but if I know these authors the light will be bright and shiny when we get there. GAH! How to tell you without giving anything away isn't easy... you'll just have to read the series yourself.

The Sleeping Court Book Three.

Princess Verity, Prince Aziz and their courts are summoned to Fairy for the competition of their lifetime. The battle between the princesses of each court is on the horizon, and Verity must be prepared. The courts all meet and are thrust into Queen Poppy's version of the Highland Games. As tensions between the courts rise, casualties on both sides are inevitable. Can Verity gather enough strength and wisdom to beat Poppy and Adora, or will the new queen continue her mother's terror?

If you've been waiting to meet all of the other courts and their princesses, you will not be disappointed!
