Another great installment in the life of Ben Ripley, 13-year old spy in-training. In this, #6 in the Spy School series, Gibbs explores Ben's relationships with both fellow students, Erica and Zoe. Ben is torn when he finally discovers that he likes both girls, and it seems that both girls like him. How much they like him, well, that is complicated, as Ben finds out while trying to again save the world from SPYDER's plan for worldwide mayhem and disruption.
I'd definitely recommend all the books in the Spy School series, though I would suggest they be read n order for optimum enjoyment.

I listened to this book while on a road trip. It was the first one in this series that I have heard but it was great fun. Many laugh out loud moments for sure. Geared towards young readers, I can see it being somewhat suspenseful for them. I will definitely pick up the rest of the series at some point in the future as my interest is peaked.

I was scared to read this book. I’ve loved this series and this author for years now, but one of my friends said this was the worst book Stuart Gibbs wrote. I’m happy I didn’t listen to him because, personally, I thought this one was pretty great. Except for some annoying romantic drama, this book flew by and captured me. I found myself craving the warm summer weather that is currently leaving my area.
I don’t know why my friend thought this book was so awful. I thought it was pretty funny and I’m really enjoying the addition of Mike onto the team. He’s a great character. I’m also enjoyed the fact that we learn A LOT about SPYDER in this book. I just want to spoil everything, but I know that’s not fair.
I’m super excited for book seven. Apparently it’s going to be the downfall of SPYDER once and for all! And, it’s takes place in England!!! So exciting!!!! I’m eagerly awaiting the next book, so Stuart Gibbs, PLEASE hurry!

I’m sad that the series is coming to an end but when will the last book come out? Oh well, this story was very funny ( like usual ) and the book had a lot of middle school drama ( well at least for a spy ).
