Wowwwwww I finished this book in literally less than an hour and a half and I was hooked the whole time. In this Spy School, Ben and Erica are sent with Murray to find out where SPYDER is holed up. That place is Mexico, and the mission is packed with action. Just on the way there, they find out that their friends have stowed away on the plane, and then have to survive a plane crash and missile attack. An overall good time. I loved that climate change was brought up in this book, as a teacher this makes an easy way to bring science into reading. The fast paced sequence made the story interesting and exciting all the way through. Would absolutely recommend.

I could not remember much about this particular book from the series and I thought I remembered it not being my favorite. Luckily it was great! (As always with the Spy School books). This one is definitely different from the others in setting and I would say that their problems were more dire.
I enjoyed seeing more of Erica’s mom!
I also liked that the kids were on their own for a bit there, surviving and carrying out the mission. It is really fun to see Ben’s and even Erica’s growth throughout the books! My only complaint is the
Zoe romance plot line. I get that it adds drama but I LOVE Ben and Erica.
Anyways, I’ll continue to recommend these books until the day I die. I am excited to keep reading!

Stuart Gibbs never fails to deliver! The Spy School series is just so funny. Funny characters, funny adventures, funny evil plots... Sure, it's cheesy, but it's meant to be, so the dumbness adds to the humour. Not the best book in the series, not an amazing book with huge emotional value and morals and everything, but it was very, very entertaining.

Reccomended for long, boring car trips!
