Short dark romance stories and glimpses into upcoming stories co-written by some of the stars of the genre you say? All contained in one anthology you say? I say yes please and gimmie. This was an absolute dream to read. The stories in this anthology are so delicious and dark I want full length versions of all of them. But as with most things, I have my favourites. Of this collection it's Stalker, Collateral and Mr Foster, which if they was full length would be getting 6 stars each from me. There's not really a weak entry in this collections so snap it up while you can. I volunteered to read and review an early copy of this. All opinions are my own.

I really enjoyed this anthology and I liked all of the stories. The writing style for every story was amazing and I loved to see different characters and scenarios in one book.

Poisoned Hearts by Giana Darling and Parker S. Huntington
I didn't think I would ever need a cowritten story by Giana and Parker. Now I just can't think but I want more of them to co-write. Hopefully, we'll get more in the future. It was steamy, the chemistry was off the charts. Liliana and Frankie was more of a revenge story. I'm all here for a revenge, anti-hero. Liliana was surprisingly a young strong heroine. I was expecting her to be naïve, but she totally surprised me.
The Dirty Bargain by Cora Reilly and Lylah James
That TWIST! Did not expect anything less. It was hot and fire. Totally off the charts. This is actually my first read of Cora Reilly. I haven't read anything by her, and now I need too. Love Lylah James. Talia wanted to hire Killer to go kill a man who humiliated her, and in order for Killer to do it, he wanted her virginity. Killer was rough and scary, but with Talia, he was so soft and gentle.
I need more of these characters. They were so amazing.

So since this is an anthology, I decided to review two of the books, I’m hoping to get through all of them eventually and update my reviews as I go. These are all dark reads so be warned, if you have any triggers proceed with caution.
STALKER by: Ashley Jade and A Zavarelli
So I’m a huge Ashley Jade fan and also heard great things about A Zarelli, so I had to go straight to this one. It was such a fun dark and a bit twisted read! I could defiantly tell the character that Ashley wrote, it gave me “Hate Me” vibes.
Violet who recently called off he engagement, and has moved into a new house, ends up neighbors with a long lost High-school friend Zander. The chemistry was amazing, the twists were great, the intimate scenes were steamy, what more could you ask for? I honestly couldn’t get enough of this one!
I could read about these character all day, but It is a totally standalone

What do you get when you mix, a too small elf costume and a sexy Mall Santa?
You get this story!
I know it February and this is a Christmas story, but trust me it’s a total steam fest.
If you love a full on steamy read then look no further. It was extremely hot!
It’s about Lexi and Leo. Lexi is Leo’s student, and she has fantasy’s about her teacher, that end up becoming known to him... and that’s where are story takes place. It does take place around the holidays but I didn’t mind that.... the holiday plot was perfect for this story.
The chemistry and intimate scenes were off the chart!

This was a great line up of authors! I really had a lot of fun reading all the different dark and twisted stories. we had a little bit of everything from:

This was a great anthology with a lot of writers that I have already read. It took me a long time to get around to reading/finishing it, but once I got started I was really into it.
I would like to see if any of the anthologies have full length versions of them - like they were a prequel to what would become a series or a novel.
I am hoping that the one written by Pepper Winters was a prequel. It set up like one, but I haven't checked yet.

These were perfect little smutty, alpha-possessive male romances. I bought a copy for my library, it was that good. I wish they were longer.
