Ronnie has had quite a life! Very glad I read this, especially before seeing her live this past weekend (she is still amazing at 70!). It's an easy read and although it's not great writing, the story of her rise to fame and her relationship with Phil Spector is super interesting.

What a horrible, wonderful life Ronnie Spector lived. Despite being held hostage by Phil Spector in their marriage, Ronnie was able to live a joyful life full of music. I listened to this one read by Rosie Perez and will want to pronounced records as "rekkids" forevermore.

4 star for content, 5 star for the narrator Rosie Perez. She was incredible.
