I really enjoyed this book. I'm a sucker for holiday because I'm a Christmas but. The magic of the season makes everything a bit more special. I just loved Sarah. She's so adorably quirky. Christmas is a tough time, but this year it's going to be a whole lot different. Will and Sarah were just great together, well maybe not a first. This book is definitely one that will make you laugh, but also one that hits you right in the heart. It's a beautiful book and the ending truly beautiful. It's definitely back must read this holiday season.

I'd not read anything by Zara Stoneley previously, but I found the cover of No One Cancels Christmas rather appealing in its simplicity, and the blurb definitely sounded like the sort of story I'd enjoy reading. And I wasn't wrong!

The story is told in the first person, from the point of view of the newly single Sarah, and the action takes place in both Canada and the UK. It begins just before the Christmas holidays with Sarah, a travel agent, deciding to fly out to Canada to sort out the Shooting Star Mountain resort, which has been receiving very negative reviews of late. Here she meets and experiences the owners, Will, the brooding one, and his brother Ed, the work-shy one.

The main characters are likeably flawed, with issues to resolve, and the secondary characters add colour to the story. I particularly liked Poppy, the child who attaches herself to Sarah on the flight over and Rosie the dog. Animals are such knowing creatures. But my favourite character would have to be Sam's mum, Ruth, as she provides some of the comedic moments without being aware of it - which of course adds to the comedy value.

I enjoyed reading this book and I will look out for more stories from Ms Stoneley.

My thanks to the author for a free digital copy of this book to review.

A wonderful winter romance, with some holiday cheer sprinkled in!

This book was stuffed full of everything you want from a winter romance... a beautiful snowy setting, A warm inviting ranch, snowboarding, dogsleds, hot chocolate, and hot guys! OK well at first the ranch wasn’t so inviting and the hot guy was pretty grumpy, but...

Sarah, Sam’s BFF from “ The Wedding Date“.... A book you don’t need to read to enjoy this one, but I strongly recommend it’s super fun! Sarah is a travel agent who has been sending her clients to The Shooting Star Mountain Ranch, for the perfect white Christmas....But after complaints start coming in and she begins emailing the grumpy ranch owner she takes it upon herself to travel to Canada and show Mr. grinch what Christmas is all about... but after meeting Mr. grinch A.k.a. Will, Sarah sees that he has been hurt and there is more to him than what is on the surface... so what has made Will’s heart two sizes too small? And will Sarah be able to melt his frozen heart? Or the bigger question, does she even want to?

A festive story that will make you laugh, that will make you smile, that will put you in the holiday mood... it really was these characters that made this good story so fantastic! I adored Sarah I loved her spunk and her spirit and her tenacity....Will was a really good guy underneath that layer of ice, really the kind of guy you’d want your daughter to marry.... his brother Ed was a wonderful Colorful character, Who made me giggle more than once! Once again I loved, loved, loved, the friendship between Sarah and Sam.... and Sam’s mom Ruth stole every scene she was in, there was one scene in this book where she had me in tears! Really the perfect enemies to lovers story, one of my all-time favorite tropes! I certainly hope this is not the last book with these characters, I really and truly have enjoyed them and I’m not ready to say goodbye!

Absolutely recommend to anyone who loves a good winter romance that is festive and fun!💚❤️💚

This book had its moments but I skimmed through much of it.  Maybe meant for a younger audience.

I do love to jump inside a good Christmas romance. I especially love this time of year with the endless Christmas Cover reveals on twitter!

The cover of this festive read is so cute with the star sprinkles and candy cane heart and the story within is just perfect. It is a wonderful tale, set in the gorgeous Canadian wilderness.

The author describes the setting so it really does make you feel you are right there - which was just perfect as I was reading curled up inside my big Christmas blanket with many hot cups of tea!

No One Cancels Christmas is a festive novel of love and loss, fun, family secrets and of course a sprinkle of romance.  A brilliant read!  I will certainly be reading more Zara Stoneley.

Thank you to NetGalley, Harper Impulse and Zara Stoneley for the opportunity to read and review this novel.
