The introduction of sister Kami was fun in this one, even though her HATRED for magical people and threats to “shoot them” was wild… but the overall mystery with the local author and the people slipping into comas was interesting and I enjoyed this book even if I couldn’t imagine tolerating a sister like Paige’s.

This book made me glad I continued with this story. The introduction of a new character added a layer of depth that was missing in the first. it also seems the FMC has matured, some. The ending has be excited to start with the next book.

The first book in this series was by far the best so far but I did enjoy this.

I like a good, quick, funny RomCom about witches. The plot in this book was a little corny and very obvious but still entertaining.

I will read the third book soon.
