I don’t want my time in Knockemout to be over! I love this series so much. This final book in the trilogy did not disappoint. Lucian and Sloane have been circling each other for books now, and getting to see their backstory was heart wrenching and beautiful. I also love the side stories that Lucy writes; this book has one about ridiculously harsh sentences and the private jail system.

Lucy Score is her usual fantastic self, writing the best adventure rom-coms. She’s like a genre all by herself. I highly recommend this trilogy to anyone who loves rom-com stories and murder mysteries! Now excuse me while I try to go will these people into existence.

Too long. It was fun but it took me over a week to finish it...

Since book one I knew I would love Lucian and Sloane. I had high expectations for this book and I was not disappointed.

While I do think the reason for their feud, especially considering how long it has lasted, was a bit ridiculous, it doesn't seem entirely unrealistic.

The chemistry between Lucian and Sloane is explosive.  (That's noticeable in book 1 and 2).

Overall, I enjoyed this series, despite it not being my usual read. Book one and three are both 5 star reads for me. I didn't love book 2 but nice guys like Nash just aren't my favorite in books. Even the side characters in these books were enjoyable. Definitely will check out more from the author.

This one was so good! My favourite of the series. All the best tropes and everything wrapped up so nicely.
