Nice idea, extremely literal, too literal for me. Some stories were better than others. The woman who found bite marks on her skin and the woman who forgot her name were the ones I enjoyed the most, like a 3.5 star level. The rest weren't not as much. If this had come out in 2010 I can imagine it being progressive for the time but as it is perhaps its aimed at an older audience. I guess it'  OK but not my favourite feminist story collection.
