**I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.**
Stirring Up Trouble is the third in the Garrett's Point Series. I have not read any others in the series and found that Stirring Up Trouble can be read as a stand alone without issue.
Melanie Davis is the owner of the local diner. When she's held at gun point and the one man that's at the diner to help her is Rusty. She's always had a thing for Rusty and she's grateful that he was the one there to save her. Rusty is the owner of the Bottom's Up Bar. There is something about Melanie and her blue eyes that Rusty can't shake. If Rusty doesn't act fast he may lose his chance with Melanie. He realizes he's not the only one who is interested in her.
This was a quick light-hearted read. You get invested and feel the draw to the characters within the first chapter. This is my first read from this author and I will be looking for others.
