Bumping up rating from 4 to 5 stars. Damn, this volume hit me a LOT harder than it did on my first read. The Incarnation of Drama Porn is well and truly thriving this time around and it's not afraid to make readers suffer. I have to say, one of the biggest things that's changed for me is my thoughts on Misaki. A first I really couldn't stand how wishy-washy she was and how she'd be cryptic at times, but I understand her position more now. There are two people she cares about deeply and she doesn't want to hurt either of them, but she knows what they and she want are bad for all of them, but she can't stop herself from going along with what they want. I still prefer Lilina over Misaki, but I definitely sympathize with her more now then on my first read. Also, Lilina's and Nejima's conversation at the hot spring still destroyed me and I will not recover from it. I just want my precious babies to be happy, why is that so fucking hard?! *runs off sobbing*

Do you hear that breaking sound in the distance? Yes, that is my heart, it broke so badly during Neji and Lilina's talk at the inn. Ohhhhh, please don't do this to me! Don't separate my lovely couple! Ahhhhhhh, the pain!!!!
On a brief side note, I liked the talk Neji had with Yajima, it was really interesting and showed a little character growth in Neji. I would say that the cliffhanger has me curious, but since the last few can be generously referred to as clickbait, I'm not holding my breath for the next volume.
Anyways, loved this volume and all it's heartbreaking drama.

Again, I loved this! The characters are just amazing! I also liked that we got to see the past of a two still very mysterious characters and the story was heartbreaking. I'm still team Ririna btw, but am also rooting for the other two.

I have no idea where this will end up (no spoilers! I've been avoiding the anime because I don't want to know more than I've read), but I ship Lilina/Yukari. I'm OK if he ends up with Misaki; she's sweet. It's just... Also, I love Yusuke and I'm anxious to know more of his story.
