Joseph and Noemi
Erotic romance with elements of bdsm. It has emotional heart to it like the previous books. The FF moments with Payton are good. The FMFM scenes were also good.
This hits with a good number of d/s spice and some bondage and discipline.
I was afraid for Payton and Dominic. Rosso had a weird redemption arc in the final act
Dislikes:
- age gap. And how she looks younger than she is. Ew. Why not fall for a sheltered older woman?
- third act breakup. Cliched the drama from withholding information about the FMC and her father.
- MMC referring to her as girl baby girl and little girl. Ew.
- the last act of activities - car accident, blown pupil, throat lump,
- spice is weaker in the last third.
- unable to access Noemi’s playground on tumblr and bdsmlr

Reread-12/6- Still a great read! I did feel like final conflict wrapped up too close to the end and there was no epilogue, but I still really like this one!
Original read - 8/15 - 4 stars. Holy cow! This one was a scorcher! This book was so good! I liked this one the best out of the 3 in the series. The first two, if you read my reviews, both had one thing that bothered me about them (although I still loved them): But this one did not have that problem. This book was fairly low angst/relationship drama just for the sake of drama. I loved Joseph in this book. In the other 2 books, he came off a smarmy to me, but he definitely redeemed himself, coming off as a hot, dirty talker but still a good guy. I liked Noemi too. She was innocent and honest. I really loved them together and loved how seeing them meet, fall in love and work their relationship out. I liked the tumblr account the couple had. (In fact I had to join tumblr, for curiousity's sake, to see what was posted and OMG, it is so hot! Definitely check it out) Nikki Sloane really knows how to write hot books that stand out from other erotica, where you really love the characters and feel like they've found their soulmate. I just love her writing and I wish she had more books!

There is a menage scene between 2 couples, but to me, it was tasteful and did not take away from the story.

Three Little Mistakes by Nikki Sloane

Wow. Do not read this book out in public. Especially on audio LOL
I wanted a palate cleanser so to speak from all my emotional reads lately and I knew that Nikki Sloane would deliver in the aspect. Her books do have a plot line in them; however, it is very heavy in the spicy scenes. I wanted something that had a heavy emphasis on the spice for a change and boy did I get that and more.
Nikki Sloane delivered an age gap romance with BDSM elements and an extra twist of forbiddingness as we went along in the book. Joseph and Noemi were on fire. I did not read the first two books (I didn’t realize I was reading out of order), but I wasn’t too lost. There were hints at times that I thought it felt like I should know more, but overall, it wasn’t noticeable.
This was an erotic dream of a book which would make anyone blush. Nikki Sloane did not hold back.
It was a good palate cleanser and I’ll be back for more at some point in the future.
“Nothing lasts forever,” he repeated, “except for the way I feel about you. I love you, Noemi. I think I’ve been in love with you since the night you insulted my car.”

I don't even know how to rate this so I think it might be safest to not rate it at all. I'm also not adding this update to my thread because I'm still blushing from reading this book and can't talk about it openly yet.

This would not be the book that I would recommend you start with if you are just starting to read spicy stuff but for a seasoned smut vet like myself to have been this effected by a book you know it's good.
I didn't know that Nikki could our spice herself after 'the Architect' and 'Frat boy' but I hadn't met Joseph yet so I HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. There are chapters long scenes in this book of just spicy stuff and it never gets repetitive because they try EVERYTHING. This book will forever be on my reread list I enjoyed it and the blushes that much.
Em is super cute and sheltered, though I will say her back and forth was annoying me as much as it was Joseph but he fixed that right up so it wont bother you for long.
If you feel like you're ready to read this book then all I have to say is hold on for dear life and ENJOY THE RIDE.
