Kept reminding me of Buddhism, but with a purely intellectualized, evidence-based approach that probably would have worked better for me in my teens or twenties. Now it just strikes me like it has taken a challenging spiritual path and written it up in the format of a to do list.
Just accept yourself exactly as you are and turn toward your emotions, whether positive or negative? Easy peasy. Not at all a life's work that might require a teacher, a practice, and a whole community of fellow seekers for support.

Moderate: Fatphobia
Somewhat overfocused on examples about weight loss, and prone to the questionable assumption that weight loss depends solely on eating habits, activity levels, willpower, etc.
