I feel like it's been 84 years since I've continued with this series. I love how despite the time gaps from when I read the last volume, it was really easy to get back into the world and follow everything. I really have an appreciation for Tite Kubo's art style, especially when depicting the action sequences. Its just stunning. I hope to make more progress in this series this year, instead of reading one volume a year, like I've been doing.

  • Plot- or character-driven? A mix
  • Strong character development? It's complicated
  • Loveable characters? Yes
  • Diverse cast of characters? It's complicated
  • Flaws of characters a main focus? It's complicated

This one was interesting! I got some answers, particularly about Rukia’s execution, and I wasn’t expecting the direction things would take. Now I’m very curious to see what will happen next!
