Ik kon me alles precies voorstellen.

I'm sorry...but I LOVE this series. I definitely saw the movies before the reading the books (whoops!) but reading the books was just as rewarding. This book (and series) crosses off many areas of interest for me: history, art, conspiracies, drama, love; so, it's no surprise that this was a five star book for me. The author does a really good job keeping the reader interested, and I love the POV changes in each chapter. There is not much more I can say except job well done--if you are looking to get into some dramatic historical fiction, I think this series is a great place to start. I'm going to keep working through each book of this series, so stay tuned for more on Dan Brown!

This was exciting from beginning to end. Much like The Da Vinci Code. This book was written first and is set before The Da Vinci Code but there really isn't a reading order - both books stand alone.
